1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using any service provided by MBD Connection ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
MBD Connection provides broadband internet, IPTV, and FTP services to residential and commercial customers in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To receive our services, you must provide accurate personal and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any network or system
- Conduct any activity that degrades network performance for other users
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without refund.
5. Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are due on the dates specified in your service agreement. Late payment may result in service suspension. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
6. Service Interruptions
We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical failures may occasionally affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned outages in advance.
7. Fair Use Policy
Our unlimited packages are subject to a fair use policy. If your usage significantly impacts the experience of other customers, we may implement speed management measures during peak hours.
8. Equipment
Any equipment provided by MBD Connection (routers, cables, set-top boxes) remains our property. You are responsible for keeping it safe and must return it upon termination of service. Loss or damage may be charged to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
MBD Connection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in case of breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify customers of material changes via email or notice on our website.
